Infrastructure — the foundation for economic development and our quality of life. Ohio LECET's mission is to promote the benefits of union labor building this infrastructure for Ohio taxpayers and businesses.

Ohio LECET is a joint project of Ohio-based locals of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) and the signatory contractors of the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA).  We are labor and management working together to promote policies to ensure our infrastructure is built safely and cost-effectively across Ohio through outreach and advocacy for worker safety and fair contracting. 

Information is key to the Ohio LECET mission.  Our website is designed for our contractors, workers and government officials to provide information on the benefits of union labor, the rights of workers and contractors and factual information on best practices to build and maintain our infrastructure.
